Your wedding day should be spent making memories, not managing timelines, vendors, and logistics. My Wedding Coordination package is designed for couple who have planned their wedding but want a professional to take over the final details and ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Cancellation Policy
Policies & Terms By booking with The Wooden Platter, you agree to the following policies and terms. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and professional experience for all clients. Booking & Retainers A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and services. Dates are not reserved until the retainer and signed agreement are received. Final payment is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations All retainers and deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs within [14/30] days of the event, the client may still be responsible for partial or full payment depending on services already prepared or purchased. Wedding Coordination Services Our coordination services are designed to help your event run smoothly and according to your vision. While every effort will be made to maintain timelines and logistics, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by vendors, venues, weather, guests, or circumstances outside of our control. Charcuterie & Food Services All charcuterie items are prepared fresh and may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, meats, fruits, and other ingredients. Clients are responsible for notifying guests of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Due to the perishable nature of our products: Charcuterie items should be consumed within the recommended timeframe. We are not responsible for food left unrefrigerated for extended periods. No refunds will be issued for uneaten or discarded food products. Delivery & Setup Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon prior to the event. Clients must ensure someone is available to receive deliveries if applicable. Additional fees may apply for extended setup times, venue restrictions, stairs, long-distance travel, or last-minute changes. Rentals & Returned Items Any boards, serving pieces, stands, or rental items provided by [Your Business Name] must be returned in the condition they were received unless otherwise stated. Damaged or unreturned items may result in replacement fees. Photography & Marketing We reserve the right to photograph and share our work on social media, websites, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
